Junior Church
Junior Church offers children’s liturgy during the 9.30am Sunday Mass in the Abbey Church during school term time. Children take part in songs, a simple Liturgy of the Word, discussion, and Gospel-based activities suited to their age. All children are welcome and encouraged to come along, and parents are very welcome to accompany their little ones.
Age Groups & Locations
- Pre-School Children: Meet in the Unity Room.
- School-Age Children: Meet in the Choir Vestry.
The sessions are led by a team of parishioners who take turns to teach in creative and engaging ways. New volunteers are always very welcome!

📚 Books for Young Readers: Children’s books are available at the back of the church to help young readers learn more and stay engaged during Mass.
Family Faith Formation
Family Faith Formation takes place after Sunday Mass. Sessions usually take place on the 3rd Sunday of every month during term time.
There are also several special family events held throughout the year, including Adoration, Stations of the Cross, and our annual Crib Service.
