Worth Abbey Parish Open Day, Sunday, September 4th 2011

"What a wonderful experience!" So said one of the visitors to the Worth Abbey Parish Open Day on Sunday, 4th September. Over a thousand people visited the refurbished Abbey Church, toured the grounds of the estate, listened to the Worth School Choir and to a recital by D'Arcy Trinkwon, the renowned resident organist at Worth. The Abbot and many of the monks, together with parishioners, were on hand to talk with visitors and answer questions about the many activities in the Abbey and the Parish.
