FOG is short for Follow On Group which meets every six weeks. Young people start after First Communion and continue towards the time when they will be confirmed at fifteen.
FOG is fun and lasts an hour on Saturday mornings. Parents don’t need to go away and return to pick up their children. The parish priest offers coffee and chat while the children are busy. FOG allows children to enjoy themselves whilst creatively learning more about the faith they profess.

Junior Church
Everybody needs help for their faith to develop, and young people are no exception. A pre-school Junior Church operates during Sunday Mass in the Abbey Church to give younger children the opportunity of worshipping in a way suitable to their age. At school-going age there is another branch of the Junior Church. Here worship revolves around the Gospel passage of the particular Sunday.

ASSENT
Assent is a new catechism group for young people aged between eleven and thirteen. It takes up where FOG leaves off. It runs monthly on Saturday mornings in St Bruno's and will be led by Marion Killick and Erica Ballard. It concludes with a Ritual in which our young people make a commitment of faith as teenagers. The first session is on Saturday, October 23rd at 10.00 am. If you would like to join this group contact Mandy, the Parish Secretary on 01342 710313 or email
